Monday - Friday
6-8 AM & 6-8 PM
Except Thursday - evening hours are 5-8 PM
The ARHS weight room is open to all current and incoming Amherst-Pelham Regional High School students.
The weight room will monitored by current employees and/or volunteers of the Amherst-Pelham Regional School District.
All students who utilize the weight room must abide by the posted rules/regulations in the weight room or they will be asked to leave the premises.
